RMHC - SWO Announces New Director, Programs and Mission Impact

London, ON - April 22, 2024 -- RMHC-SWO (The Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwestern Ontario) is excited to announce that it has named Janine Langley as its new Director, Programs and Mission Impact, effective May 6, 2024. 

With an extensive background in Innovative Leadership, Program Development, and Strategic Planning, a solid academic background, and a commitment to our community, Langley will lead our mission-driven programs and operational functions. She will spearhead strategic initiatives that aim to remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing, ensuring our services remain impactful and aligned with our core mission.

Together we are poised for continued operational success and a positive enduring impact on the families we are ultimately privileged to support."

Langley joins RMHC-SWO from her role as Executive Director at SARI Therapeutic Riding, where she provided strategic leadership while fostering a culture of compassion, respect, inclusion, and dignity. She holds a Bachelor of Education from Western University and Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, grounding her leadership and strategic planning abilities in a strong educational framework.

Langley will assume the Director, Programs and Mission Impact role on May 6, 2024

In an average year, Ronald McDonald House Charities® Southwestern Ontario helps to keep more than 4,600 families close to their sick child and the care they need. RMHC-SWO provides out-of-town families with a home to stay at while their child is being treated at Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre in London and Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus in Windsor.
